The prefab house’s material approaching acceptance should pass strict inspection process. Any Jerry-built and shoddy material are definitely not allowed to be used in the construction. The materials of prefab house shall also be checked and accepted in accordance with the target level  of specifications and product quality requirements. Those standards are as follows:

①The required size of square steel which used in the bottom of the pole of colored steel structure prefab house should be 100mm·100mm, its thickness needs to achieve 2.5mm. The required size of square steel which used in double deck vertical pole should be 80mm·80mm, and the thickness needs to achieve 2.5mm. The required size of crossbeam and secondary beam should be 30mm·30mm, and the thickness needs to achieve 3mm. All those steel materials must meet the national standard.

　　②The quality of approved colored stainless steel sheet must meet the quality assurance requirements.

③You need to use model T422 welding electrode in the construction of prefab house, whose grade should in accordance with the national standards o GB 981-76.

④Strictly obey the operation procedures in the manufacturing operation of cross crossbeams. No cutting corners, and remember to set up bevel angle iron and square steel pole as required. This is an significant part of the security control of prefab house construction, which must strictly guard the pass.
